Free Website Promotion Report
Professional, Accessible Analysis of Your Website
Is the report written in technical language?
Inevitably, we use some semi-technical terms such as ‘keyword rankings’ and ‘inbound links’ but these are all explained in terms of their relevance to your business, not the underlying technology. This is a business report, not a technical one. Important findings are colour coded to emphasise what needs urgent attention on your website, what could do with improvement, and what is working well.
How does the report benefit my business?
Our customers are telling us that the report is “astoundingly valuable” and “the quality blew me away”. The report lays the foundation for a successful online business, because it combines business intelligence with underlying technical know-how. Sometimes our customers know what their businesses need to achieve online, but require our help to make their vision a reality. The report sets out a preliminary plan of action to move your business forward, with specific recommendations based on facts, knowledge and business acumen.
Exactly what is in the free website promotion report?
The report is divided into four main sections.
Section 1. Traffic and Search Engine Performance shows you exactly how well you are doing. We look at your overall global and country specific rankings, how well your current keywords are competing, the quality and quantity of your inbound links, and how many of your website pages are known to the major search engines.
If you are planning a new website, before we produce the report we will ask for a brief explanation of your business concept. We will point out how well you should be performing in these areas once your website is launched, and advise you on how your business targets in this area can be achieved.
Section 2. Optimisation looks at your current keyword usage, keyword opportunities and the content of your web pages. This section is all about sharpening your online business proposition and acquiring more customers.
Section 3. Competition is all about your online competitors, and creating strategies to exploit your particular market.
Section 4. Usability looks at how well your website is designed from the customer’s point of view. Is it easy and pleasant to use? Is it obvious what you are asking your customer to do?
If the report is so valuable, why do you give it away?
Most customers that we agree to provide a report for decide that they want to work with us. They see that before they have risked a single penny, Bentley Green have put resources, time and expertise into understanding their business. We therefore establish trust at the very beginning of the relationship, and the value of that trust as we move forward outweighs the initial cost to Bentley Green. In other words, it makes great business sense for us too – a true ‘win/win’ situation.
Occasionally we will find that a prospective customer is not a good match with us, and one of the parties does not wish to proceed. If this happens we hand over the free website promotion report, shake hands and move on!
What’s the catch?
Before we produce the free report, someone in your organisation with decision making responsibility must agree to meet with us, face to face. Once that agreement is made and a time and date set for the meeting, you provide us with either the address of your current website, or a brief written description of your business concept. The production of the free website promotion report and the initial meeting are both free to our customers and carry no obligations.
